The building pictured on the left, which consists of a large kitchen/dining room with shower rooms at the back was renovated in 2002. It has a completely new roof constructed of local sweet chestnut timbers with cork insulation and local terracotta tiles.
The kitchen/dining room has a woodburning stove (with back boiler). The room is approximately 5.35m x 7.00m.
The Utility Room (1.93m x 4.80m) has a small Belfast sink, a 500 litre hot water tank and a washing machine as well as a spacious shower.
The second Shower Room (1.95m x 2.54m) has a wash basin as well as a spacious shower.
There is a veranda with arches in front of the kitchen (1.86m x 5.90m).
Building #2, (above) consists of two bedrooms. This was completely rebuilt in 2000. Again, the roof is made of local sweet Chestnut. Adjoining the north side of this building is an old bread oven (pictured below).
The first bedroom (right) measures approximately 4.58m x 3.95m plus a small recess of 2.10m x 1.10m. It has a woodburning stove.
The second bedroom (right) is L-shaped measuring roughly 2.60 x 4.80m (including a raised sleeping platform) plus 2.30 x 1.25m (the other limb of the L). Outside Bedroom 2 is a small patio (pictured below).
